جستاری پیرامون «نظریه عملی» شوآب و دلالت های آن برای آزادسازی تصمیم گیری درباره برنامه درسی

چکیده

در مقاله حاضر با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی، ابتدا ابعاد مختلف نظریه «عملی» در قلمرو برنامه درسی از طریق مراجعه مستقیم به آثار ژوزف شوآب به‌عنوان بنیان‌گذار این نظریه، مطرح‌شده و سپس دلالت­های این نظریه برای یکی از موضوعات بحث‌برانگیز برنامه­ریزی درسی، یعنی آزادسازی تصمیم­گیری درباره برنامه درسی از سیطره تشکیلات مرکزی، موردبررسی قرار می­گیرد. به‌طور طبیعی، پاسخگویی به نیازهای مناطق مختلف از سوی یک مرکز ملی برنامه­ریزی درسی ممکن نیست. برای اینکه برنامه درسی با شرایط محیطی مناطق مختلف کشور سازگار شود بایستی این مناطق بتوانند برحسب ظرفیت­های خود به جریان تصمیم­گیری­ها ورود پیدا کنند. این مباحث در «نظریه عملی» شوآب با بحث تصمیم­گیری مبتنی بر موقعیت­های تربیتی عملی مرتبط است.
