تأملی بر ماهیت تدریس با الهام از حکمت عملی شواب: با تأکید بر دانش عملی معلمان و تبیین ماهیت معرفتی آن

چکیده

با استفاده از حکمت عملی شواب، این مقاله که حاصل یک تحقیق کیفی و راهبرد پدیدارنگاری است، به بررسی مبانی و مدل توسعه دانش عملی معلمان می‌پردازد. بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق، دانش عملی به اعتقادات، عادات و رفتارهای اطلاق می­شود که عمدتاً حاصل تجربیات حرفه­ای و شخصی معلمان است که آن‌ها را قادر می­سازد تا کارشان را به‌خوبی در کلاس درس انجام دهند. یافته­ها نشان می­دهد که دانش عملی معلمان طی یک چرخه­ی مداوم توسعه پیدا می­کنند. به لحاظ معرفتی، استدلال­های متناظر با فعالیت­های مرتبط با دانش عملی بیانگر دو جایگاه معرفتی خاص است: دانش پرکسیال و دانش قابل اجرا. هر کدام از این مقوله­های وزن معرفتی متفاوتی دارند و برای پاسخگویی به نیازهای متفاوت کلاس درس مورد استفاده قرار می­گیرند.
