The present study was conducted to analyze the experiences of health educators from sex education in schools, using a qualitative research approach and data-based theory method (systematic approach). The participants were 30 health educators from the lower secondary schools in Isfahan City. The purposeful-theoretical sampling method and data collection technique was semi-structured in-depth interview. Data analysis was done using three open, central and selective coding methods. The findings of the research show that the teachers' experiences of sex education in schools around many main categories and the form of components of the paradigm model, including causal conditions (family ecosystem, social ecosystem and educational ecosystem), intervening conditions (virtualization of sexual understanding and discourse limitations) ), background conditions (educational unreality and variability of resources), strategies (reconstruction of the family system, reconstruction of the educational system, institutional interactionism and cultural alignment) and consequences (individual and social consequences) and a core or core category under the title of inclusive sex education are tied.
