The aim of current study was to investigate The effect of quantum training method on self-Efficacy, communication skills and academic achievement motivation among male first-grade students of senior high school.The research method was quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest and control group. The statistical population included all first-grade male senior high school students in Nurabad-Lorestan (1650 students), a total of 30 students were selected through simple sampling method and randomly divided into experimental group and control group .Data were collected using Sherer's et al General Self-efficacy Scale (1982); Queendom's Communication Skills Questionnaire (2004) and Hermans's achievement Motivation Questionnaire (1970) That Their reliability Confirmed by Cronbach's alpha method respectively with 0/83; 0/89 and /082. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and ANCOVA. The Quantum Learning Protocol training program consisted of a 12-session program. The results showed that using the Quantum training method is effective in increasing self-efficacy and academic achievement motivation and improving communication skills among students.
