Therefore, the aim of this research was to explain the evaluation methods of the expected competencies of the teacher-students in the competency-based teacher education curriculum. Hence a semi-structured interview was carried out using a qualitative approach and discovery of grounded theory with 15 teachers in the teacher education curriculum who were identified by targeted sampling of desirable cases. The content validity of the interview questions was confirmed by experts. The re-encoding reliability was 0.93. The data analysis was performed with Max QDA software version 2007 through three stages of open, axial and selective coding. The findings of this study were presented in the form of three themes and six components. Based on the obtained results we could highlight the necessity of developing a proper curriculum for educating competent teachers and creating an effective educational system along with suitable methods for assessing the competencies of teachers.</span> ارزشیابی برنامه درسی شامل فرآیند بررسی ارزش و شایستگی عناصر و جنبه‌های خاص برنامه درسی؛ و هم کل برنامه درسی است. از این رو، این پژوهش با هدف تبیین شیوه‌های ارزشیابی از شایستگی‌های موردانتظار از دانشجومعلمان در برنامه درسی تربیت معلم شایسته محور انجام شد. بدین منظور، با استفاده از رویکرد کیفی و راهبرد داده بنیاد، با 15 نفر از صاحب‌نظران حوزه برنامه درسی تربیت معلم، که براساس نمونه گیری هدفمند از نوع موارد مطلوب شناسایی شدند، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته به عمل آمد. روایی محتوایی سؤالات مصاحبه، توسط متخصصین تأیید شد. میزان پایائی کدگذاری مجدد 93/0 به دست آمد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، با نرم افزار تحلیل کیفی مکس کیو دی آ نسخه 2007 طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی صورت پذیرفت.<br /> یافته‌های پژوهش مدل مفهومی ارزشیابی شایستگی‌های مورد انتظار از دانشجومعلمان در برنامه درسی تربیت معلم شایسته محور در قالب سه مضمون و شش مؤلفه حاصل شد. بدین منظور، لزوم تدوین برنامه درسی مناسب به منظور تربیت معلمان شایسته و ایجاد نظام آموزشی کارآمد به همراه شیوه‌های مناسب ارزشیابی از شایستگی‌های معلمان، خاطر نشان گردید. https://www.jcsicsa.ir/article_85547_3c08329f4c8eb2cecf789f9818fc4ca8.pdf
