To do this, a qualitative method and content analysis of semi-structured interviews with 14 experts related to creative thinking or extracurricular programs were used. The findings showed that an effective extracurricular program or extracurricular activity should include components such as group voluntary tasks, student organizations, participation-oriented, use of technological resources, cooperation with external organizations, scientific visits and projects outside the school. The goals of this program are to achieve thinking skills, self-direction, spontaneity and deepening theoretical knowledge, and its content should be based on the needs of students, research-oriented, interactive and diverse. The proposed educational strategies include participatory, exploratory, role-playing, brainstorming and artistic activities, and its evaluation should be done through self-assessment, process-oriented, question-and-answer and portfolio. Therefore, it can significantly help foster creative thinking in elementary school students. این مقاله با هدف طراحی برنامه فرادرسی یا فعالیت فوق برنامه برای تقویت مهارت تفکر خلاق در دانش‌آموزان پایه سوم دبستان انجام شد. برای انجام آن از روش کیفی و تحلیل محتوای مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با ۱۴ خبره مرتبط با تفکر خلاق یا برنامه فرادرسی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که یک برنامه فرادرسی یا فعالیت فوق برنامه مؤثر باید شامل مؤلفه‌هایی مانند وظایف داوطلبانه گروهی، سازمان‌های دانش‌آموزی، مشارکت محوری، استفاده از منابع فناورانه، همکاری با سازمان‌های خارجی، بازدیدهای علمی و پروژه‌های خارج از مدرسه باشد. اهداف این برنامه دستیابی به مهارت‌های تفکر، خودراهبری، خودانگیختگی و تعمیق دانش نظری است و محتوای آن باید مبتنی بر نیاز دانش آموزان، پژوهش محور، تعاملی و متنوع باشد. راهبردهای آموزشی پیشنهادی شامل روش‌های مشارکتی، اکتشافی، ایفای نقش، بارش مغزی و فعالیت‌های هنری است و ارزشیابی آن نیز باید از طریق خودارزیابی، فرایندمحور، مبتنی بر پرسش و پاسخ و پوشه‌ای صورت گیرد. بنابراین به‌طور معناداری به پرورش تفکر خلاق در دانش‌آموزان دوره ابتدایی کمک کند. https://www.jcsicsa.ir/article_237337_52f0e9ce1da9d2a11d87e60bc2029d05.pdf
