In this research, the integrated review research approach was used to design the model of culturally responsive teacher competencies. At this stage, the data were collected through searching with Persian and latin keywords including culturally responsive teachers, pedagogy, education, teaching, instruction and curriculum among all related articles in reliable databases in the field of education and training, which were published between 1954 and 2023. Finally, 56 related studies were identified. Based on analyzing the final studies, the culturally responsive teachers model was extracted with 3 organizing themes named culturally responsive teacher knowledge; culturally responsive teacher skills, and culturally responsive teacher attitudes . According to the obtained results, it can be said that in order to achieve the characteristics of a competent teacher in the field of culturaly responsiveness, the teachers could practically take effective steps towards growth by being equipped with the set of knowledge, skills and attitudes of cultural responsiveness, and the progress of students in all their educational, personal and social dimensions. هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی الگوی شایستگی‌های معلم پاسخگوی فرهنگی بود. از روش پژوهش مرور ‌تلفیقی استفاده شد و با کلمات کلیدی ویژه جستجو فارسی و لاتین شامل آموزش فرهنگی معلمان، معلمان پاسخگوی فرهنگی، آموزش فرهنگی و تعلیم و تربیت در پایگاههای داده فارسی و لاتین، نهایتاً 56 مطالعه مرتبط شناسایی و با روش تحلیل مضمون، به جستجوی مضامین مرتبط پرداخته شد. الگوی نهایی با 3 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده تحت‌ عنوان دانش معلم پاسخگوی فرهنگی (مانند مضامین پایه‌ای مانند آگاهی نسبت به فرهنگ‌های دیگر و دیدگاه فرهنگی هر دانش‌آموز، درک نقش مدیریت کلاس در توزیع عدالت و ...)؛ مهارت‌های معلم پاسخگوی فرهنگی(مانند مضامین پایه‌ای مانند توانایی برقراری ارتباطات مؤثر بین خانه و مدرسه، استفاده از فرهنگ، دانش و مهارت دانش‌آموزان برای طراحی برنامه درسی و...) و نگرش معلم پاسخگوی فرهنگی (شامل مضامین پایه‌ای مانند مبارزه با نابرابری‌های آموزشی و تبعیض، انتظارات بالای عملکردی از همه دانش‌آموزان با فرهنگ‌های مختلف برای رسیدن به موفقیت تحصیلی و ...) طراحی شد. https://www.jcsicsa.ir/article_217390_2f7a7169cc495d88c33af29b6ab06338.pdf
