The research method was quasi-experimental. The statistical population of the study included 160 internship students of 7th and 8th semesters of Teacher Training University of Kerman, Iran. Based on the criteria for entering the intervention, 80 people were selected as a statistical sample and due to the existence of both sexes of girls and boys, the members of the statistical sample using stratified random sampling in two groups of 40 experimental and control were appointed. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the students of the control group completed their internship for two semesters under the usual internship training program and the students of the experimental group completed their internship for two semesters under the conditions of clinical training. The research tool was a researcher-made test that was used to determine the validity of this test, content validity and to determine the reliability of the difficulty coefficient and clean coefficient method. The results showed that the application of clinical education, increase students' self-confidence to be significantly effective.<br />  این مقاله با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش بالینی بر بهبود عملکرد دانشجومعلمان در فرایند کارورزی انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش از نوع نیمه تجربی بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 160 نفر از دانشجومعلمان کارورز ترم 7 و 8 دانشگاه فرهنگیان کرمان بودند. بر اساس ملاک­های ورود به مداخله تعداد 80 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب و با توجه به وجود دو جنسیت دختر و پسر، اعضای نمونه آماری با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری به صورت تصادفی طبقه­ای در دو گروه 40 نفری آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. جهت دست­یابی به اهداف پژوهش، دانشجومعلمان گروه کنترل به مدت دو نیم­سال تحت برنامه آموزشی معمول و دانشجویان گروه آزمون نیز تحت شرایط آموزش بالینی، دوره­ی کارورزی را پشت سر گذاشتند. ابزار پژوهش آزمون محقق ساخته­ای بود که برای تعیین روایی آن از روایی­محتوایی و جهت تعیین پایایی از روش ضریب دشواری و تمیز استفاده شد. یافته­های پژوهش نشان داد که کاربرد آموزش بالینی توانسته در بهـبود تربیت حرفه­ای دانشجومعلمان به ‌طور معناداری مؤثر واقع شود.<br />  https://www.jcsicsa.ir/article_138552_319b7ef538b0d93407c5fb397eda85f5.pdf
