For this purpose, a descriptive phenomenological method was used. 23 semi-structured interviews were completed by 14 primary teachers and 9 experts. The data analysis was conducted through Colaizzi's seven-step method, to identify and classify first 101 codes, 19 sub themes and 7 main themes. Member checking, triangulation and Prolonged Engagement were employed to validate the findings of External audit. The main extracted themes included: psychological, environmental, linguistic, program, understanding, personal, and physiological factors. The results revealed that elementary school students face numerous and variety of dictation disorders and this necessitates the immediate and serious attention and action of primary education administrators in order to improve the quality of dictation teaching, the process of assessing academic achievement and preventing the aggravation of its consequences. Based on the obtained results, the recommendations are presented for improving the status and providing context for reducing the disruptions. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل موثر در شکل‌گیری اختلالات املا‌نویسی دانش‌آموزان ابتدایی انجام گردید. بدین‌منظور از روش پدیدارشناسی توصیفی استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار‌یافته با 23 نفر (9 کارشناس و 14 معلم) که به روش ملاکی انتخاب شده بودند، جمع‌آوری‌‌شد. برای اعتبار‌یابی یافته‌ها از راهبرد‌های ممیزی بیرونی، بازبینی نتایج توسط اطلاع‌رسانان، چند سویه‌سازی و درگیری طولانی‌مدت استفاده‌گردید. تحلیل داده‌ها به شناسایی و طبقه‌بندی 101 کُد، 19 زیرمضمون و 7 مضمون اصلی شامل، عوامل روانشناختی، ‌محیطی، زبان‌شناختی، برنامه‌ای، ادراکی، فردی و فیزیولوژیکی، منجر گردید. نتایج آشکار نمود که دانش‌آموزان دوره ابتدایی با اختلال‌های متعدد و متنوع املا‌نویسی مواجه هستند و این امر ضرورت توجه جدی مدیران و برنامه‌ریزان آموزش ابتدایی را به‌منظور ارتقای کیفیت آموزش املا‌نویسی، فرایند ارزشیابی پیشرفت تحصیلی و جلوگیری از تشدید مخاطرات ناشی از آن را آشکار می‌نماید. در انتها، راهکارهای مناسب برای ارتقای وضعیت موجود و زمینه‌سازی برای کاهش اختلال‌های برشمرده شده ارائه گردید. https://www.jcsicsa.ir/article_100338_5fa68a32c8ce2feebc132fa808d1ec0a.pdf
