کیفیت سنجی اجرای طرح ارزیابی گروه‌ آموزشی علوم تربیتی و راه‌کارهای ارتقای کیفیت آموزش

چکیده
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف کیفیت سنجی اجرای طرح ارزیابی درونی گروه آموزشی علوم تربیتی دانشگاه فرهنگیان و ارایه راهکارهای جهت ارتقای کیفیت آموزش آن در سال تحصیلی 03- 1402 در دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان کرمانشاه انجام شده است. پژوهش به جهت نوع هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ نوع داده مورد جستجو، از نوع پژوهش های کمی می باشد که با روش پیمایشی از نوع مقطعی انجام ستفاده از نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای و بر اساس جدول تعیین حجم نمونه کرجسی و مورگان با آلفای (05/.)، 250 دانشجو به عنوازیابی درونی به عوامل اهداف و تشکیلات و راهبردهای یاددهی- یادگیری و پایین امتیاز به عامل‌ امکانات و تجهیزات آموزشی تعلق گرفت. از مجموع شش عامل مورد بررسی، سه عامل تشکیلات ؛ راهبردهای یاددهی- یادگیری و دانشجو معلمان در سطح مطلوب، دو عامل، رشته‌های تحصیلی و اعضای هیات علمی در وضعیت نسبتاً مطلوب و یک عامل امکانات و تجهیزات در سطح نامطلوب ارزیابی شد.

Quality Assessment of the Internal Evaluation Plan of the Department of Educational Sciences and Improvement Strategies

چکیده English

The present study was conducted with the aim of assessing the quality of the implementation of the internal evaluation plan of the Department of Educational Sciences of Teacher Training University and providing solutions to improve the quality of its education. The research was quantitative in terms of its applied purpose and the type of data sought, and was conducted using a cross-sectional survey method. The statistical population of the research included all faculty members, students and teachers of the Educational Sciences Department of Teacher Training University of Kermanshah. A standard questionnaire and checklist were used to collect data which were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The findings showed that of the total six factors examined, three factors of organization including teaching-learning strategies and students and teachers were evaluated at a desirable level, two factors including academic fields and faculty members were evaluated at a relatively favorable level, and one factor of facilities and equipment was evaluated at an undesirable level. Finally, it is recommended that the educational conditions of university education be designed in manner that student teachers are required to learn a wide range of educational and research activities in the course content.
