تحلیلی بر دانش و عملکرد دانش‌آموزان نسبت به مهارت‌های شهروندی دیجیتال

چکیده
هدف این مقاله سنجش میزان دانش و عملکرد مهارت‌های شهروندی دیجیتال در بین دانش‌آموزان مقطع متوسطه دوم شهر سنندج بود. اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ از نوع ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻰ - ﭘﻴﻤﺎﻳﺸﻰ و جامعه آماری شامل دانش‌آموزان متوسطه دوم بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری غیر تصادفی در دسترس 784 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ­ای مرکب از پرسشنامه Al-Zahrani (2015) و Choi et al. (2017) و بعضی از سؤالات ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ بود که پایایی آن از طریق روش آلفای ضریب کرونباخ 88/. به دست آمد. پرسشنامه به‌صورت اینترنتی اجرا شد. بر اساس نتایج حاصل دانش‌آموزان در مؤلفه تجارت دیجیتال، ارتباطات دیجیتال، کنشگری سیاسی اینترنتی و دیدگاه انتقادی دانش‌آموزان دارای عملکرد پایین و در مؤلفه دیدگاه انتقادی دانش‌آموزان دارای دانش پایینی بودند. در مؤلفه ارتباطات دیجیتال دانش‌آموزان دارای دانش متوسطی و در مؤلفه‌های مهارت‌های فنی، آداب دیجیتال و امنیت دیجیتال دانش‌آموزان دارای عملکرد بالا و در مؤلفه آداب دیجیتال، قانون دیجیتال، سلامت و تندرستی دیجیتال دانش‌آموزان دارای دانش بالا بودند. براساس نتایج بدست آمده و در راستای توسعه و ارتقای مهارت‌های شهروندی دیجیتال بهتر است که در برنامه درسی و محتوای کتاب­های درسی مقطع متوسطه دوم آموزش­های لازم جهت تربیت نسل دیجیتالی آینده طراحی شود.

An Analysis of Students’ Knowledge and Performance in Digital Citizenship Skills

چکیده English

The purpose of this research was to measure the level of knowledge and performance regarding digital citizenship skills among students of the second secondary level of Sananda, Iran. Employing a descriptive-survey research design, the study targeted a population of secondary-level students, selected through a non-random sampling method. The data collection tool was a questionnaire made up of the questionnaire of Al-Zahrani (2015) and Choi et al. (2017) and some questions, the reliability of which was 0.88 Cronbach's alpha method. Obtained. The questionnaire was administered online. The findings revealed that students demonstrated low performance in the domains of digital business, digital communication, internet political activism, and critical perspective. Furthermore, students exhibited limited knowledge in the critical perspective domain. In the component of digital communication, students had average knowledge, and in the components of technical skills, digital etiquette, and digital security, students had high performance, and in the component of digital etiquette, digital law, digital health and wellness, students had high knowledge. Based on the results obtained and in line with the development and promotion of digital citizenship skills, it is recommended that targeted educational content be integrated into the curriculum and instructional materials at the upper secondary level to better prepare students for responsible participation in the digital world.
