Authors' Ethics:
1. Dear authors, you should refrain from any copying without mentioning the source, forgery in the data and ... which is somehow considered as fraudulent in writing.
2. Dear authors, you should not be allowed to simultaneously submit the article to several publications.
3. Dear authors, you should be careful about observing the schedule for editing or answering the referees' answers.
4. Dear authors, you should refer the research funding that led to the presentation of the article.
5. Dear authors, you should complete the article information on the website of the Journal.
6. Dear authors, you should submit a letter of intent to submit the article and encourage the co-authors to arrange them before submitting the article.
Important points
1. The text of the manuscript should not be published in any journal or at the same time in another journal.
2. The responsibility of the accuracy and completeness of all the materials contained in the manuscript is the responsibility of the authors.
3. The responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the order of the authors' names is the responsibility of the corresponding author.
4. If the manuscript is elicitated from a dissertation, the corresponding author should be the supervisor.
5. Manuscripts are merely the result of author or author's research, and only in the field of seed science and technology.
6. When the manuscript receive and check out by the editor, approve it with the manuscript preparation guide. If it is followed the journal format then will be submitted to reviewers. After the decision of the reviewers and the confirmation of the group of secretaries (editorial board), the manuscript will be published. If the submitted manuscript is not compliant with the manuscript preparation guide, it will be returned to the corresponding author and when it received again, the date of receipt of the manuscript will be considered and submitted for reviewers.
Attention:
After publishing the article, the author assigns all copyright to the journal.
Author's Guide
Article Writing Style
• Profile Sheet: Includes article title in both Farsi and English; researcher Name(s), academic degree, workplace address, E-mail address, author contact phone number and date of submission (as subtitle under name and surname).
• Short Abstract: in Farsi and English (or French) (between 120 and 150 words)
• Keywords: as related to the subject and importance (3 to 5 items)
• Detailed Abstract: To publish all accepted Persian articles, a detailed English abstract with a size of 400-450 words is required.
• English resource list: To index the journal, a list of all English language resources is required. Use APA style in resource listing. Introduce (only) all sources cited in the text in alphabetical order, with surname, author's name, year of publication, title (in bold) of source, translator's name (if cited in Farsi translation) place of publication, publisher name and language declaration (if the source is Farsi).
The article is suggested to include the following sections:

• Introduction: subject area, theoretical background and review of literature
• Statement of problem and theoretical framework (Including problem description, significance of study, theoretical model, goals, questions or hypotheses)
• Research method (Including research method and design, statistical population, sampling process and sample size, research instrument and data analysis method)
• Report data and information and analyze them and presentations (including descriptions, tables, charts, and figures. If using tables, charts and figures, number and titles of tables should be mentioned at the top of tables, and the number and titles of charts should be mentioned under the charts (tables, charts and images should also be arranged according to the general format and pages of the journal).
• Conclusions and discussion of results (comparison of findings with background or adaptation to theoretical principles, interpretation of results, comparison of results, and explanation of results)
• Potential recommendations (providing solutions to the problems identified or related to the results obtained by referring to them)
• Footer: The Latin equivalent of non-Iranian terms and names quoted should be mentioned in the same page and footer.

More tips:
- Authors should complete and upload forms of author's moral obligation(s) and conflicts of interest.
- The authors should follow writing ethics - especially avoiding theft, misrepresentation and scientific deception - and if any case is observed, before or after publication, the author's name is blacklisted.
- Sign and submit a request for publication, an obligation not to publish the article elsewhere, observance of the writing ethics, and assurance of the authenticity of the article.
- The editorial board reserves the right to edit an accepted article.
- The journal only publishes articles that have properly explored a real epistemic or social problem and have achieved an exquisite achievement.
ـ The journal is committed to methodological plurality and accepts articles from all of the approaches discussed in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed approaches.
- The allowed paper size is between 6000 and 7000 words (15 to 22 A4 pages), set in the word software with 13 fonts and 3 cm margin from the sides of the page. This is the primary requirement for the paper to enter the review process.
- Graphs, figures and tables should be as printed as possible in the journal format, their contents clear and numbered, and the title of charts, figures (below) and tables (above) shall be professionally written.
- In the article quoted from the theses and dissertations, name of the student should be mentioned as the first person.
- In essays taken from theses and dissertations, it is necessary to mention the institution of study and the title of the theses and dissertation as a subtitle.

Note: The maximum period of initial review of articles in the journal is 10 working days and the maximum time interval between submission of the paper to the system is 6 months.
