تأثیر آموزش معلمان بر اثربخشی درس تربیت بدنی

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین تأثیر آموزش بر اثربخشی درس تربیت­بدنی بود. روش تحقیق نیمه تجربی و جامعه آماری آن شامل کلیه معلمان کلاس­های اول، دوم و سوم ابتدائی آموزش و پرورش تهران بودند که با شیوه نمونه­گیری در دسترس در انتخاب مناطق آموزش و پرورش و مدارس ابتدائی و نیز با شیوه نمونه­گیری غیرتصادفی داوطلبانه، 36 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب‌شده و به سه گروه تقسیم شدند و در یک برنامه آموزشی از قبل طراحی­شده شرکت کردند. جمع­آوری داده­ها از طریق ثبت مدت‌زمان صرف شده برای فعالیت‌های مختلف یک کلاس درس تربیت­بدنی جهت تعیین میزان اثربخشی اجرای برنامه آموزش معلم و نیز مصاحبه به‌منظور درک باورهای معلمان از برنامه آموزش معلم و درک وضعیت آموزش خود و همچنین درک باورهای دانش­آموزان از درس تربیت­بدنی انجام شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد بعد از اجرای این برنامه، میزان مشارکت دانش­آموزان در فعالیت‌های کلاسی افزایش، و زمان غیرفعال آن‌ها کاهش یافته است.
