ارائه الگوی غنی‌سازی برنامه درسی مدارس استعدادهای درخشان ایران: پژوهش داده‌بنیاد

چکیده

غنی‌سازی برنامه درسی با آموزش‌های کاربردی، هسته اصلی شکوفایی و هدایت استعدادهای درخشان است. بنابراین هدف از این پژوهش ارائه الگوی غنی‌سازی برنامه درسی دانش‌آموزان استعدادهای درخشان ایران بود که با روش کیفی و رویکرد داده‌بنیاد انجام شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان شامل کارشناسان حوزه ‌برنامه درسی، مدیران، معلمان و دانش‌آموزان مدارس استعدادهای‌درخشان شهر اصفهان بودند که با روش‌ هدفمند انتخاب و دیدگاه آنان با ابزار مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با 15مصاحبه به اشباع رسید و بر مبنای رویکرد نظام‌مند کوربین و استراووس (2008) تحلیل‌شد. یافته‌ها شامل 135 کد ‌باز، 18 کد ‌محوری و 9 کد ‌گزینشی بود. نتایج نشان داد در حوزه برنامه درسی استعدادهای درخشان، مولفه‌های غنی‌سازی برنامه‌درسی (پدیده‌محوری)؛ چشم‌اندازنوین در آموزش‌تیزهوشان؛ منابع و امکانات کاربردی (عوامل‌علی)؛ ‌حمایت‌های اجتماعی، فرهنگی، محیطی، خانوادگی و بهسازی فرآیند آموزش و ارزیابی (عوامل‌زمینه‌ای)؛ ضعف در پیوستگی و همکاری خانه و مدرسه (عامل‌مداخله‌گر)؛ آموزش مهارت‌های شناختی و فراشناختی؛ برنامه درسی چندبعدی (راهبردها) و موفقیت‌های فردی، اجتماعی، عاطفی، تحصیلی و شغلی‌دانش‌آموزان (پیامد)، از اهمیت ویژه برخوردار است و توجه به آنها مسیرآموزش را به سوی ارتقاءکیفیت و شکوفایی استعدادهای این دانش‌آموزان رهنمون ‌‌می‌سازد.

چکیده [English]

The curriculum enrichment is the main of guiding talent. Therefore, the aim of present study was to developing the curriculum enrichment model for gifted schools in Iran that was performed by qualitative method and grounded theory approach. Participations included experts, managers, teachers and gifted students in Isfahan who were selected by purposive sampling method. Data were saturated by semi-structured interview and analyzed based on Strauss and Corbin's systematic approach (2008). Findings showed 135 open, 18 axial and 9 selective coding. The results were obtained that curriculum enrichment (central phenomenon); the new perspectives in gifted education; practical resources and facilities (causal factors); the social, cultural, environmental, family support and Improving the training and evaluation process (contextual factors); lack of connection and home-school cooperation (barrier factor); teaching cognitive, metacognitive skills and multiple curriculum (strategies); and the individual, social, emotional, academic and career success of gifted students (consequence) are important in the enrichment model. It leads to improving quality and flourishing of talents.
