The purpose of this study is to develop a Steam-based educational package and investigate its effect on attitude, problem solving ability and creativity of sixth grade elementary school students in Bushehr. The design thinking model was used to design the training package. The research design is quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test with experimental group and control group (unequal control group). The statistical population of this study is sixth grade male students in the academic year 1399-1400. The study sample consisted of 44 people (22 people in each group) who were randomly divided into experimental and control groups by available sampling method. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the Steam-based training package increases problem-solving ability, creativity and a positive attitude towards the experimental sciences course. One of the limitations of this research is the lack of familiarity of teachers with the Steam-based teaching method.
