The purpose of the present study is to qualitative recognition of decision - making process effective elements of the curriculum of deliberate practice and research method is qualitative content analysis. The research community, scientific reliable documents and sources communicated with schwab”s deliberate practice. And the sampling method in access was selected. Findings show that the curriculum of deliberate practice has four main elements of teacher, subject, student, and environment. The Elements contain have sub- components which include of the developing of professional skills of the teacher, arts of commitment, problem-finding, practical reflection, perception situation, situational learning, vocational training of students, fostering creativity, art, and aesthetics, tailoring goals to the conditions and needs of society among the most important of these. Accordingly, the application of these components in the curriculum can facilitate the realization of educational goals in the present era.
