پدیدارنگاری تعاملات آموزشی معلمان و دانشآموزان
انتظارات ذینفعان آموزش (یادگیرندگان، خانوادهها و بخشهای مختلف فرهنگی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی جامعه) هرساله بسی متنوعتر و گستردهتر میگردد و این امر باعث شده که معلمان با دستههای بسیار گوناگونتر از فرهنگها، علایق و خواستهها مواجه شوند و در محیطی از شک و تردید و ابهام کار کنند. تغییرات اجتماعی، سیاسی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی این رویه را ایجاد کرده است و معلمان به دنبال یافتن راههای جدید برای مواجهه با این تنوعها و ایجاد تعامل سازنده و انطباق درست در امورات آموزشی هستند. در این پژوهش سعی شده تا با روش کیفی پدیدارنگاری به جستجوی گونههای روابط متقابل بین معلم و دانشآموز در امور آموزشی پرداخته شود. مشارکتکنندگان در پژوهش شامل 20 نفر از معلمان دارای تجربه آموزشی حداقل 15 سال و بالاتر هستند که در مدارس متوسطه شهر سنندج به فعالیت آموزش و تدریس مشغول هستند. این تعداد با روش نمونهگیری ملاکی انتخاب و تا حد اشباع نظری جمعآوری اطلاعات ادامه داشت. روش گردآوری دادهها و اطلاعات مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند و تجزیه و تحلیل مصاحبهها با استفاده از روش استقرایی انجام شد. با ترسیم افقهای درونی و بیرونی، در نهایت، فضای نتیجه پژوهش طراحی گردید. نتایج پژوهش، شش روش متفاوت را نشان میدهد که در آن معلمان امور آموزشی را در ارتباط با دانشآموز تجربه میکنند؛ که آنها را در طبقات توصیفی آموزش دهنده مهارتها، فراهم کننده و ارائهدهنده اطلاعات؛ تسهیل گر یادگیری؛ حضور مشارکتی و هدایتکننده؛ مربیگری (ناظر و راهنما) و روشنگری اندیشهورزانه دستهبندی کردیم. نقش معلمان در یک پیوستار از «انتقالدهنده دانش» شروع و با «روشنگری اندیشهورزانه» که در آن معلمان بهعنوان اشخاص خاصی در زندگی دانشآموزان ظاهر میشوند که نفوذشان فراتر از دیوارهای کلاس و سالهای تحصیل در مدرسه، در کل زندگی اجتماعی آنان ادامه مییابد. همچنین هر کدام از این سبکهای تعامل دارای ویژگیهای خاص در ارتباط با نقش معلم، یادگیرنده، جو کلاس، برنامه درسی و ... هستند.

مطالعه پدیدارشناسانه تلفیق پژوهش در برنامه درسی تربیت معلم به منظور توسعه حرفهای معلمان
هدف از این پژوهش، مطالعه پدیدارشناسانه تلفیق پژوهش در برنامه درسی تربیت معلم به منظور توسعه حرفهای معلمان بود.. این مطالعه به معلمان کمک خواهد کرد تا تأثیر پژوهش در عمل را روی فرایند تدریس و یادگیری درک کنند. در این مطالعه، ابتدا معلمان دانشجو طی یک ترم تحصیلی با روش پژوهش در عمل آشنا شدند و از این شیوه در کلاسهای درس خودشان به منظور حل مسائل آموزشی، استفاده کردند. پس از پایان ترم، با معلمان دانشجو مصاحبه شد و از آنها خواسته شد تجاربشان را بیان کنند. 106 نفر از دانشجو معلمان رشتههای مختلف به مدت یک ترم، درگیر در انجام پژوهش در عمل بودند. دادهها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته گردآوری شدند و نمونهگیری هدفمند همگون تا رسیدن به نقطه اشباع ادامه یافت. نتایج یافتههای حاصل از تجارب معلمان نشان داد که پژوهش در عمل توانسته دانش و مهارت پژوهشی، دانش و مهارت تدریس، دانش شناسایی مسائل و مهارت حل مسئله آنها را افزایش دهد؛ همچنین نگرش آنها را نسبت به مسائل و نقش پژوهش در حل مسئله تغییر داده و به آنها کمک کرده است که بعد از حل مسئله به رضایت درونی دست یابند. با توجه به این تجارب میتوان نتیجه گرفت که با تلفیق پژوهش در برنامه درسی تربیت معلم میتوان به توسعه حرفهای معلمان کمک کرد.

تأثیر آموزش معلمان بر اثربخشی درس تربیت بدنی
هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین تأثیر آموزش بر اثربخشی درس تربیتبدنی بود. روش تحقیق نیمه تجربی و جامعه آماری آن شامل کلیه معلمان کلاسهای اول، دوم و سوم ابتدائی آموزش و پرورش تهران بودند که با شیوه نمونهگیری در دسترس در انتخاب مناطق آموزش و پرورش و مدارس ابتدائی و نیز با شیوه نمونهگیری غیرتصادفی داوطلبانه، 36 نفر بهعنوان نمونه آماری انتخابشده و به سه گروه تقسیم شدند و در یک برنامه آموزشی از قبل طراحیشده شرکت کردند. جمعآوری دادهها از طریق ثبت مدتزمان صرف شده برای فعالیتهای مختلف یک کلاس درس تربیتبدنی جهت تعیین میزان اثربخشی اجرای برنامه آموزش معلم و نیز مصاحبه بهمنظور درک باورهای معلمان از برنامه آموزش معلم و درک وضعیت آموزش خود و همچنین درک باورهای دانشآموزان از درس تربیتبدنی انجام شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد بعد از اجرای این برنامه، میزان مشارکت دانشآموزان در فعالیتهای کلاسی افزایش، و زمان غیرفعال آنها کاهش یافته است.

تعیین باورهای معلمان درباره اثربخشی انواع روش های آموزش تفکر انتقادی بر اساس توان متفاوت دانش آموزان
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین باورهای معلمان درباره اثربخشی انواع روشهای آموزش تفکر انتقادی بر اساس توان متفاوت دانشآموزان انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش از نوع پیمایشی بود. برای این منظور 202 دبیر مقطع متوسطه تبریز با روش خوشهای تصادفی از ناحیه چهار تبریز انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری اطلاعات از مقیاس ارزیابی باورهای معلمان درباره تفکر انتقادی استفاده شد. نتایج به دست آمده با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس درون گروهی و مقایسههای زوجی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد: دبیران شهر تبریز باور دارند فعالیت آموزشی رشد تفکر انتقادی برای دانشآموزان توان بالا مؤثرتر از استفاده از این روش برای دانشآموزان ضعیف میباشد. همچنین یافتههای این پژوهش نشان داد که دبیران روشهای آموزش مستقیم را نیز برای دانشآموزان توان بالا مؤثرتر از دانشآموزان ضعیف میدانند. یکی از کاربردهای عملی پژوهش حاضر این است که باید در برنامههای تربیت معلم به طور گسترده و آشکارتر در زمینه آموزش مهارتهای عالیتر تفکر به دانشآموزان ضعیف توجه شود.

بررسی ماهیت علمی تحقیقات انجام شده اقدامپژوهی توسط معلمان دوره ابتدایی
مطالعه حاضر بهمنظور بررسی ماهیت علمی تحقیقات اقدامپژوهی انجام گرفته توسط معلمان پژوهنده، انجام شد. رویکرد این پژوهش آمیخته (کمی-کیفی) و در آن از دو روش توصیفی و تحلیل اسناد استفادهشده است و دارای دو جامعه آماری بود؛ 1. جامعه اول: کلیه معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهر سنندج که حداقل یکبار تحقیق اقدامپژوهی انجام داده بودند. 2. جامعه دوم: کلیه گزارشات اقدامپژوهی برتر استانی که در دورههای دوازدهم و سیزدهم برنامه معلمپژوهنده به دبیرخانه مرکزی معلمپژوهنده ارسال شدهاند که طبق آمار اعلام شده توسط پژوهشکده تعلیم و تربیت استان کردستان، شامل 36 گزارش بود. برای تعیین حجم نمونه در بخش کمی از نمونهگیری در دسترس و در بخش کیفی از نمونهگیری هدفمند استفاده شد. پرسشنامه، چکلیست و مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند نیز برای گردآوری دادهها به کار برده شد. جهت بررسی روایی صوری پرسشنامه به نظر ده نفر از معلمان پژوهنده برتر استناد گردید، همچنین جهت سنجش پایایی از ضریب آلفایکرانباخ استفاده شد که مقدار آن برای پرسشنامه برابر با (89/0) و برای چکلیست (77/0) بود. نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که معلمان دیدگاه مثبتی نسبت به روش تحقیق اقدامپژوهی برای بررسی و حل مسائل آموزشی دارند و تمایل زیادی دارند از رویکرد تفسیری برای انجام اقدامپژوهی استفاده کنند، اما بررسی گزارشات اقدامپژوهی بیانگر کیفیت پایین این گزارشات از لحاظ علمی بود. در واقع معلمان در مرحله جمعآوری و تحلیل اطلاعات از روشهای مناسبی استفاده نکردهاند و ابزار مورد استفاده، دقت و روایی لازم را ندارند. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که معلمان در رعایت اصول اخلاقی تا حدودی موفق عمل کردهاند.

نقش آموزشهای ضمن خدمت در ارتقای دانش، نگرش و مهارتهای زیست محیطی معلمان ابتدایی شهر تهران
زندگی در شرایط ناپایدار، پیچیده و مخاطرهآمیز امروزی، دانش، مهارت و نگرشهای ویژهای را طلب میکند. کودکان و نوجوانان جهت رویارویی با دنیایی چنین متغیر و مبهم با دگرگونیهای شتابنده نیازمند آموزشهایی هستند که بتواند همه ابعاد جسمی، ذهنی، عاطفی وجود آنها را به صورت هماهنگ توسعه دهد و آنان را با وظایف خود جهت مشارکت مؤثر در سطح محلی، ملی و جهانی آشنا سازد. لازم است دیدگاه جدیدی در مورد جهان به وجود آید و طرز زندگی را طوری تغییر کند که با محیط زیست طبیعی مطابقت داشته باشد. یکی از راههای ممکن، آموزش محیط زیست است. لذا این پژوهش به بررسی رفتارهای زیست محیطی معلمان دوره ابتدایی در ابعاد دانش، نگرش و مهارت پرداخته و نقش آموزشهای ضمن خدمت در ارتقای این دانش بررسی میشود. روش این پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع کاربردی و ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه است. پرسشنامه به روی 360 نفر از معلمان دوره ابتدایی اجرا شده است. نتایج پژوهش گویای این است که بیش از 59 درصد از معلمان دوره ابتدایی، در حد متوسط رفتارهای مناسب زیست محیطی دارند. دادهها همچنین نشان میدهند که دانش معلمان درباره رفتارهای زیست محیطی متوسط است.

تبیین دلایل شکست اصلاحات آموزشی و میزان مقاومت معلمان
هدف این پژوهش تبیین دلایل شکست اصلاحات آموزشی و میزان مقاومت معلمان در مواجهه با طرحهای اصلاحی برنامه درسی است. ابتدا با روش سنتز پژوهشی، پژوهشهای موجود در زمینه مورد بحث گردآوری شده، سپس جهت مطالعه میزان مقاومت معلمان، واکنشهای 137 معلم دوره ابتدایی (پایههای اول، دوم و سوم) نسبت به اصلاحات آموزشی جمعآوری و تحلیل شده است. نتایج نشان داده است اصلاحات آموزشی با مقاومت معلمان تازهکار و باسابقه مواجه است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 78 نفر معلم روستایی و 59 نفر معلم شهری کمسابقه و پر سابقه بودند. یافتهها نشان داد حدود 68 درصد معلمان مرد روستایی و شهری مخالف تغییرات بودند. این یافته بین معلمان روستایی زن نیز 67 درصد بود. درصد مخالفان در بین معلمان زن شهری اندکی کمتر و 59 درصد بود. آزمون تی نشان داد بین معلمان زن و مرد، معلمان شهر و روستا و معلمان کمسابقه و پر سابقه تفاوت معنیداری در نحوه رویارویی با تغییرات وجود ندارد. مجموع یافتههای سنتز پژوهی و پیمایشی نشان داد شکست اصلاحات آموزشی در ایران به دلایل زیر اتفاق میافتد: عدم زنده انگاری پدیده مدرسه، برنامه درسی و گروه اجرا کننده آن و در نظر نگرفتن بعد فرهنگی در اصلاحات آموزشی. نمیتوان بدون درک عملکرد واقعی مدارس به تغییر خوشبین بود. نقطه شروع اصلاحات در تحول بنیادین اخیر، درک شیوههای عملکرد واقعی مدارس نبوده است. در آخر پیشنهادهایی برای اجرای مؤثر تغییرات ارائه شده است.
